Available Positions
Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Installer
As an HVAC installer, you will install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories for our customers in their homes and businesses. This is a customer-facing position, and ideal candidates will have a strong focus on customer service and integrity. Installers are responsible for upholding our company’s professional image and reputation, so good people skills and expertise in HVAC and refrigeration equipment is a must. Previous HVAC service experience is a plus. Pay is dependent on experience level.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable workmanship and outstanding customer service on all installation jobs
- Complete furnace and air conditioner installs, change-outs, and cut-in type installs for ductless and ductless mini-split systems
- Work as a team and assist other install team members as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in residential and light commercial HVAC equipment installation
- Must be clean cut and well-spoken
- Must have clean driving record and pass a criminal background check
- Must own reliable transportation (we do provide work vehicles)
- Must have own HVAC related trade hand tools.
- Must be able to lift heavy loads, sometimes in excess of 50 lbs. or more
HVAC Service Technician
Our HVAC Service technicians provide service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacement services as well as an outstanding customer experience for our customers on an as-needed basis, 24/7. Our service technicians are responsible for upholding the company’s image, which means the ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, clean cut and professional in appearance, and have a positive attitude, high energy, and integrity as well as exceptional craftsmanship skills.
Ideal candidates will hold the utmost standards of professionalism in their appearance and presentation, as well as show a willingness to learn, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to self-manage and work independently out in the field.
Previous HVAC installation experience is a plus. Pay depends on experience level.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units
- Diagnose and repair electronic mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to fully explain what the issue is and what is needed to correct
- Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/ system, PM contracts, and additional services)
- Obtain customer signature on each visit on the iPad
- Provide the highest level of customer service, technical ability, and quality to our customers
- Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle, including cleaning and organizing, and washing vehicle a minimum of once per week
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
- Participate in company training activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC services field
- Must be proficient in serving equipment from all makes and manufacturers
- Work with as a team and assist other team members as needed
- Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to provide emergency services to customers
- Must be confident and professional in communication skills, including over the phone and face-to-face
- Must have a positive attitude, high energy, and integrity
- Must have basic computer skills
